OUR SESSIONS

At Everyday Athlete Club, we run a wide range of expert-led sessions that are programmed to cover all bases when it comes to you and your fitness. We use CrossFit™ as a training framework, with a focus on functional fitness (the kind of stuff that helps you feel fitter and stronger every day - no matter what you do outside our four walls!) as well as pulling in elements from other disciplines such as olympic lifting and gymnastics. Then when the weekend comes, we all train together as a team - the way it should be. Our sessions are for everyone - regardless of fitness, skill level or age. We run sessions on every day of the week to fit around you and your schedule - just turn up when you can and the team will be ready to train with you. We guarantee that when you do, it’ll be the best hour of your day.

Kyle is the founder and Head Coach at the Club. After finding CrossFit® nearly a decade ago, functional fitness has been a big part of his life ever since. He pursued this passion throughout his career in the British Military, competing for his regiment and coaching newer members through the fundamentals. Kyle will pull out all the stops to help you reach your personal health and fitness goals.

Kyle holds a mix of qualifications:
Personal Trainer Level 3
CrossFit® Level 1 Trainer
British Weightlifting Level 1
Precision Nutrition Coaching
